Event Design


We believe that the heart and soul of each event comes down to the intention and meaning behind each and every detail of your day. The “design” is not only the visual footprint, but it is the overall emotion and aesthetic created through those visual details and decisions. Once we get to know all about you and your story, along with your hopes and wishes for the day, we will set out to create a visual map and outline for the creation of each moment, as it pertains to all visual details.


Our design package includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • The creation of your overall design & aesthetic (Design Board)

  • The design concepts & recommendations for specific details to help bring the day to life (Design Details Board)

  • Recommendations for your ideal vendor team

  • Recommendations and coordination of rentals to include: linen, furniture, day of details, etc.

  • Point of contact and liaison with visual vendors to include: floral design team, paper goods team, and miscellaneous other day-of details teams

  • Event day (on-site) visual stylist to oversee that each detail is placed and styled and everything is photo ready
